Rates

The rental rate depends on the length of your stay and includes operating and energy costs, heating, use of internet, taxes.

Currently the minimum rental period is 1 month, and the maximum period 6 months.

We offer special rates for long-term accommodation.

Deposit

A deposit of EUR 800.- (or its equivalent in any other currency), is required as a security for the use of the apartment. The deposit needs to be delivered upon arrival and will be returned at your departure.
