The indicated rental fees include all taxes, there are no additional charges.
This includes:
- Public utilities costs
- Energy costs
- VAT and local taxes (if applicable)
- Internet access
Booking

4. A definite booking is established through the signing of our rental contract and receipt of prepayment.
Check-In / Check-Out
For your individual check-in and check-out times, please get in contact.
Deposit
A deposit of EUR 800.- (or its equivalent in any other currency), is required as a security for the use of the apartment. The deposit needs to be delivered upon arrival and will be returned at your departure.
Internet
Each apartment features broadband internet access (Wi-Fi). There is no extra charge.
Long-term stays
We provide discounts for long-term stays. For details please get in touch!
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Prepayment
To establish a booking, a prepayment of EUR 200.- is required.
For long-term rentals we accept the payment of monthly rates.
Smoke-Free Environment
